矿用隔爆箱螺栓组布局优化设计

The Optimized Layout Design for Bolt Group of Explosion-proof Tank

摘要: 对矩形隔爆箱螺栓组进行受载分析,发现隔爆箱螺栓组均匀布置时受载并不均匀,受载折线呈现倒置“V”字形,为提高隔爆箱螺栓组连接安全性,提出一种螺栓组优化设计方法,该方法以螺栓布置密度正比于被连接处的应力值为准则,从螺栓间距和轴向力入手,对螺栓组受力进行仿真计算,然后利用MATLAB优化程序对螺栓间距进行优化,得到新的螺栓布局,新布局螺栓组受载曲线平缓,结果表明,该优化方法可使螺栓组受载均匀,提高螺栓连接的可靠性。

Abstract: The bolt group force analysis of rectangular explosion-proof tank shows that the bolt group’s force is not uniform and the loading curve is inverted "V" shape while the layout is uniform. To improve the connection security of the bolt group of explosion-proof tank, a method for layout optimization of bolt group is proposed in the paper. Based on the principle that the bolt layout density is proportional to strain values of the joint , the force of the bolt group is simulated after analyzing the bolt spacing and the axial force. And then the bolt spacing is optimized by MATLAB optimization program, and the new bolt layout is obtained. The loading curve of the new layout bolt group is flat, The research results show that with the optimization method , the load of the bolt group is reduced and uniform, and the reliability of the bolt connection is greatly improved.
